Jessica Alba Moved from Workouts to Yoga
Jessica Alba who looked gorgeous at the recent Fashion Rocks event and who was the target of recent rumors of losing more weight, told PEOPLE that she hasn’t worked out in a month or two but has been doing Yoga instead.
“I don’t listen to it. I don’t read it,” she told PEOPLE about the speculation that she has recently lost weight. “I think it would make me crazy if I did.”
