Official statement from JK Rowling regarding today’s ruling against RDR books
Regarding today’s victory against the Harry Potter Lexicon, here is JK Rowling’s official statement (I received this from her official spokespeople):

Victory for JK Rowling against the Harry Potter Lexicon and Steven Vander Ark
Today, as in this morning, Judge Robert Patterson ruled in favor of Warner Brothers and J.K. Rowling in their copyright infringement case against RDR Books, who were intending to release a Harry Potter Lexicon written by Steve Vander Ark. He ruled that the lexicon would cause her “irreparable harm”.
